This is really a HUGE BLESSING for me... After searching for months from different cosmetology schools in Metro Manila, checking the costs, schedules and of course my availability, I finally found a training center that fits in: TESDA ACCREDITED TRAINING CENTER in Mandaluyong. It was a nice coincidence that we went to Baguio City for my cousin's wedding last weekend because my hubby and I went to SM City Baguio for his haircut and for my manicure, pedicure and hair style [i did my make-up]. I accidentally asked the hair stylist as to where he took his course in Beauty Care and Hair Science. And he politely answered me with TESDA. It's the best place to learn not because it's FREE but it's because of the quality of teaching. Besides, TESDA is the one giving accreditation
